The Role:
As the Consultant – New Business Growth Project Lead at N1 Health, you'll be the architect of exceptional client experiences, driving successful partnerships from the ground up. You'll wear multiple hats – strategist, project manager, and client champion – ensuring a seamless journey for our net-new clients.
You'll partner with the sales team to craft winning go-to-market strategies for each prospect, then meticulously manage the client pipeline, from scheduling meetings to crafting compelling communications. Internally, you'll be the quarterback, overseeing follow-ups, deliverables, and keeping sales content sharp. Ultimately, you'll be the right-hand to the Senior Director of Growth, supporting daily operations and propelling overall growth of N1 Health forward.
Responsibilities include:
Drive Client Acquisition: Support the sales team in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for securing net-new clients, with a preference for experience in the healthcare payer space (e.g., insurance companies).
Pipeline Management: Manage the day-to-day activities of the sales pipeline, including scheduling meetings, crafting customer emails, prospecting for leads, and maintaining our CRM system (HubSpot)
Prospect Research & Opportunity Development: Conduct in-depth market research on specific prospect opportunities, their markets, and emerging industry trends to inform how to most impactfully design a solution for each prospect
Deliverable & Sales Material Creation / Control: Deliverable creation (intro materials, trial documents, ROI models, customer solutions, etc.) and drive adherence to quality standards across the company
Internal Project Champion: Act as the internal point person for ensuring follow-ups after meetings, timely delivery of deliverables, and maintaining up-to-date sales content.
Growth Partner: Support the Senior Director of Growth in overseeing daily business operations and contributing to overall growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, business administration or life sciences or demonstrated excellence in the field
  • 1-3 years of experience in management consulting or banking, bonus if within the health insurance space
  • A self-starter with a relentless drive to learn and adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and manage a complex workload efficiently.
  • Adept at financial modeling and building ROI models to demonstrate the value proposition to potential clients.
  • Proven track record of conducting prospect market research and opportunity hypothesis development
  • A results-oriented leader with a knack for completing tasks, delegating effectively, and fostering collaboration across teams.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences (executive teams, sales teams, etc.).
  • Proactive team-player who doesn’t hesitate to take ownership and initiative
  • Data driven; ability to tell a compelling story using data
