Role Overview
The Strategic Growth Associate role works directly with the N1 Health executive team and leading healthcare businesses to drive outcomes from predictive insights leveraging big data. In this position, you will have the ability to learn about our product, go to market strategy, and client delivery to advance your skills and experience working with leading healthcare partners and leading technology. Our technology enabled service pairs modern AI technology with an Agile delivery model to provide a consumer-friendly experience for individual engagement in healthcare activities, of which you will be an instrumental part in go to market delivery.
Individually, you will be responsible for driving cross-functional teams of data scientists, consultants, and engineers to identify growth opportunities, deliver quality outcomes, and upsell our business, while supporting defined strategic growth initiatives for our business. You will be responsible for leading how we partner with clients, executing transformational change, fostering strategic planning and growth. Typical day-to-day activities and scope include:

  • Support Leadership team to facilitate executive decision making, account management, investor communication and client engagement
  • Drive client delivery teams (data scientists, data engineers & healthcare associates) to achieve business results, prioritize efforts and execute strategic initiatives with clients; accountable for client-level success, team alignment and execution
  • Build strong executive relationships with client functional leads
  • Manage full lifecycle of client engagements from onboarding to upsell including contract renewals process, pricing and ROI models, negotiations and decision making
  • Facilitate internal and partner facing strategic discussions & collaboration
  • Own, implement, and execute key business priorities and special projects that require tight cross-functional coordination
  • Proactively identify areas of opportunity and improvement for executive team to address

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in technical field or proven ability to understand, interpret and communicate technical concepts
  • 1+ years' work experience in a fast-paced, performance-based culture where results matter, and clients are delighted with products and/or services. We are looking for someone with a proven record of accomplishment of career advancement and experience working with high performing teams
  • Entrepreneurial attitude - willingness to roll up sleeves and work cross functionally to make things happen quickly with limited oversight from management
  • Analytically oriented with strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to take initiative, critically analyze processes and procedures in a push towards constant improvement and lead decision making based on hard data
  • Organized, detail oriented and extremely thorough while having the confidence and communication skills to ensure work processes are completed accurately and effectively
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to articulate and explain complex issues to various individuals in different functioning roles
  • Willingness to quickly learn the nuances of healthcare economics and ability to interpret healthcare data and communicate impact to clients
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, including financial analysis and data visualization
  • Willingness to travel to clients up to 50% of time
