Specific Duties:

Account Management:

  • Manage a portfolio of 75-100 clients within our small group segment, actively driving their attainment of the company's key success metrics.
  • Take charge of the client onboarding process, nurturing seamless adoption and facilitating continuous achievement of their objectives.
  • Deliver compelling on-site and webinar presentations, effectively showcasing the value proposition of Nice Healthcare to client employees.
  • Spearhead strategic promotional efforts year-round for the assigned client base, ensuring consistent engagement and value recognition.
  • Execute essential engagement interactions with clients, tailoring interactions based on their scale and overall health score.
  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with both distributors and clients, fostering enduring partnerships built on trust and mutual benefit.
  • Demonstrate commitment by traveling weekly to client sites and engaging in person to drive effective promotional initiatives.

Client Support Management:

  • Oversee all clients and management within Nice’s self-guided support system.
  • Ensure timely and efficient client support by delivering responses to support emails within 24 business hours.
  • Streamline the onboarding process for new clients internally, enabling a seamless journey for clients to navigate the process independently.
  • Play a proactive role in enhancing processes by offering constructive feedback and innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.

Engagement Material Creation:

  • Develop strategic engagement plans to enhance awareness and increase utilization for designated clients.
  • Produce informative explainer videos covering topics such as reporting, services, and more, along with other relevant materials aimed at supporting both onboarding and sustained engagement efforts.

Data Entry and Management:

  • Maintain the integrity of data and activities pertaining to each client across multiple platforms.
  • Diligently and promptly record client details and information in a format that is both comprehensible and accessible to both oneself and team members.
  • Uphold precise eligibility records for all clients.
  • Prepare and provide employer utilization reports on a quarterly and annual basis.

Necessary Skills/Attributes:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural inclination to treat people with kindness and respect.
  • Possess a spotless driving record and a valid driver's license, and be comfortable with driving responsibilities. (Background and driving record check will be conducted upon job offer.)
  • Reliable personal vehicle in safe and acceptable condition.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both autonomously and collaboratively as a part of a team.
  • Quick adoption of technological tools and the capability to seamlessly navigate and multitask across various platforms.
  • Skillful use of data to assume job expectations and make client-focused decisions.
  • Exemplary organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and consistent documentation practices.
  • High productivity in a virtual team environment. Remote work and on-the-road tasks are central, as we lack a physical office. Bi-weekly virtual team meetings sustain team cohesion.
  • Confident in public speaking engagements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and GSuite.
  • Competence in using CRM systems and task management platforms.

Highly Desired:

  • Account management experience
  • Previous experience working in healthcare
  • Fluency in another language

Position Specifics:

Job Type: Full Time

Hours: 8 am – 5 pm local time


  • In vicinity of Salt Like City, Utah or Phoenix, Arizona
  • Remote work environment
  • Nice Healthcare home visit service area for onsite client meetings in a state we are licensed in
